Our twelve week small group training camp is designed to prepare you mentally and physically for a new life when you will be healthy, active and HAPPY. It will build your base fitness and give you an understanding of exercise and nutrition. You will make new friends and give your confidence a boost.
Typical training camp attendees are looking to lose 7lbs or more, have not been consistently exercising over the past few months or years and are ready to make a change.
This program is specifically designed for people whose fitness needs a jumpstart or are stuck in a rut. You will follow a step by step plan that we KNOW will dramatically improve your fitness and health in just twelve weeks.
You will build your fitness and confidence is a supportive safe environment where you won’t feel like least fit person in the group. No-one will ever shout at you at or push you dangerously hard. You will accountable to yourself but direct access to Vicky and a detailed plan will help you stay on track.
Graduates usually move on to our Urban Assaults and continue to increase their fitness beyond their wildest dreams.
