These sessions are for people who are already fit and want to take themselves to the next level. Every session is different and each week brings a new challenge. We use hundreds of training techniques, different locations, different terrain and the varying weather conditions to ensure that no workout is the same and that you are constantly challenged.
Urban Assaults attendees typically will go on to complete extreme fitness challenges, compete in endurance races, climb mountains and dream big in terms of what they can achieve.
