Urban Assaults are a fun group outdoor workout. Designed to challenge you physically and mentally these sessions will push you to achieve greater and greater levels of health and fitness. The cities landscapes are our playground and you can expect varied and interesting sessions.
For graduates of training camp or anybody who is already fit and wants to ramp it up a notch. You don’t need to be super human to join but you will need a basic level of fitness. Different experience levels are catered for and nobody is ever left behind.
